  1. How do I buy an online gift card?

    Click on "Buy Giftcard", fill the appropriate fields and add it to cart. You can add multiple gift cards to your cart. Upon completion, simply checkout using your payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  2. How do I buy a gift card for myself?

    After clicking "Buy Giftcard", input your name & email as the receiver of the gift card.

  3. Can I schedule to send a gift card on a specific date?

    You sure can! When you add a gift card to your cart, you get the option to select which date you would like it delivered to your recipient.

  4. I would like to give your gift card to another person but do not want to send it via email. What are my options?

    Well, you can always buy a physical gift card by visiting one of our many locations. However, if you would like to do so online, input your email as the receiver's email before adding gift card to the cart. Upon completion of our transaction, you purchase gift card will be email to you. You can then print it & give to the receiver.

  5. You or your receiver never received the ordered gift card, what happens now?

    First, please make sure noreply@thenail-box.com is whitelisted in your email. Next, make sure that our email was not flagged as SPAM. If none of these suggestions work, send us an email at support@thenail-box.com with your order number.
